Operation Manual: Start Here

This page helps a first-time operator understand what to read and what to do first in the room.

Which Guide Should I Use?

  • Event Presenter User Guide: app buttons, Room Console settings, windows, and Hotkeys.
  • 4321 Timer User Guide: Console, Display, presets, Start/Pause, Reset, Blink, Sync, settings, and Hotkeys.
  • This Operation Manual: approved room setup, app placement, operator roles, live workflow, recovery, and handover.

First 5 Minutes in the Room

  1. Identify your role: room operator, AV operator, technical support, chair, or organizer.
  2. Check the Room Setup page to see which device you are responsible for.
  3. Confirm whether this room uses Holding Slide, Speaker Launch Window, and 4321 Timer Display.
  4. Open the Before First Session checklist and complete it before the first session.
  5. If something does not match the approved setup, stop and escalate before the room goes live.
