Presentation Laptop Setup
PowerPoint trusted location is configured on every presentation laptop: open Windows File Explorer and paste %USERPROFILE%\Documents\eventpresenter into the address bar, then press Enter to open the Event Presenter presentation root folder. Copy the full folder path from the File Explorer address bar. In PowerPoint, go to File → Options → Trust Center → Trust Center Settings… → Trusted Locations → Add new location…, then paste the copied folder path as the trusted location. Tick Subfolders of this location are also trusted, then click OK.
Window and Display Rules
Holding Slide must be verified full-screen when the room workflow uses it.
Speaker Launch Window must be verified full-screen when assigned to a speaker-facing or mirrored output.
4321 Timer Display appears only on approved speaker, chair, Presenter View, or operator devices.
The audience projector or LED remains timer-free unless the organizer explicitly approves an audience timer.
Do not publish or reuse planning topology diagrams unless they are approved for this event-specific manual.
