Event Presenter is an application designed to streamline presentations at events by connecting speakers and session room operators. It enables:
- Speakers to upload presentation files (PPTX ONLY) and attach speaker notes for the session operators.
- Operators to review speaker notes and play back presentations seamlessly during sessions.
Key Features
- One file per presentation: Each presentation is linked to a single file. We accept PowerPoint (PPTX) format only. Any video content (MP4 ONLY) must be embedded within the PowerPoint file.
- Speaker consent: Speakers must confirm their consent (whether they agree or disagree) for each presentation topic before uploading files.
- File version control: Speakers can update their presentations by simply uploading a new file, which automatically replaces the previous one.
Speaker Ready Room
Assist speakers in completing their uploads and ensuring all materials are submitted correctly before their sessions.
Session Room
Verify that each presentation file plays correctly on the session room system before the session begins.
Timer App
The Event Speaker Timer helps speakers track their presentation time and can also be used as a general-purpose timer for daily use.
